Does the Nod Pod come in any other colours?

Not for the moment. We are in the process of looking at other colours and patterns. Please let us know what you would like to see!

Can Nod Pod be used with a car seat or push chair?

Yes. The buckle base will come up between the two leg pockets and the shoulder straps will lie over the blanket to click into whatever harness system you have.

Can my baby sleep in their Nod Pod?

Definitely! Little babies love the swaddling action of the Nod Pod making it perfect for nap time. It's design also means you can move them from a car seat to a push chair to a moses basket without having to remove and replace a blanket. In line with FSID guidelines we do not recommend using the Nod Pod overnight.

How long will it take for my Nod Pod to arrive?

We endeavor to dispatch all blankets within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please see our delivery section for details about shipping.

Do you gift wrap?

Of course! The Nod Pod comes in its own cotton drawstring bag but we can jazz up the packaging and add a short message if you want to send it directly to someone as a gift. Please just outline what you would like in the 'comments' box and if we have any questions we'll get in touch to clarify your wishes before the Nod Pod is posted.

If you've made a mistake in completing your payment or delivery details please contact us at immediately and we'll do our best to fix it.

Returns and Exchange

Whilst we hope you love your Nod Pod as much as we do, we understand that for whatever reason you may like to return your Nod Pod for a full refund to your card or exchange it for a different size or style.

Please return your unused Nod Pod to us in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt with all original tags and labels attached.

Just complete the Returns and Exchange form sent with your invoice so we know what to do and send along with your Nod Pod(s) to:

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund goods which have been stained or damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and return postage is at the cost of the customer. For your own protection we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting.

We can only refund postage costs if an incorrect or faulty item was sent..

Please allow up to 10 working days for this to appear on your statement as the length of time refunds take varies with each card issuer.
